How we collect information?
We use both active and passive means for obtaining data from the users.
Active means of collecting information
We collect information from feedback forms in order to register a person for one of our courses. When a user enrols in one of our courses, they must enter personal information such as their name, phone number, and email address as part of the registration process. Sections of the feedback form where users will be required to enter critical information will be identified as such and marked with an asterisk on the right side for the user's convenience. If users so wished, they would be able to leave unmarked parts empty.
Passive means of collecting information
Please be informed that when you visit and browse our website, certain navigational information about you may be collected. Our website may utilise an IP address to collect navigational data that comprises nonpersonal information because an IP address changes every time a user accesses the internet. The navigational data obtained via the IP Address will help us figure out the best way to connect with us, collect aggregate statistics, diagnose server-related issues, and improve the website.

We utilise Google Analytics to figure out which pages are the most popular with users and how frequently they visit our website.
